• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Perishable items like live plants are shipped with priority.

5.3 International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We cannot ship to certain Asian countries or remote locations.

6.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items. Non-returnable items include:

• Perishable goods (live plants including A-Z perennials, shrubs, bamboos & grasses)
• Opened pet care products (cat food or used care products)
• Custom-cut items (specific lengths of connectors & accessories)

6.2 Return Process

To return an item:

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days using our Returns Request Template
2. Repackage the item in its original packaging
3. Ship to our Cardiff address (provided in return authorization)

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for faulty items.

All content on our website, including plant care guides, product descriptions, and images, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce any content without our express permission.

8.1 Product Use

While we provide care instructions for plants and safety guidelines for tools, we are not liable for:

• Improper use of gardening tools or equipment
• Plant health after delivery (as it depends on your care)
• Pet reactions to any products (though we offer cat-friendly options)
