Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide from our Cardiff greenhouse, excluding some Asian and remote regions. You’ll see available delivery options at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 10-15 days after dispatch (1-2 days processing). Our free Green Shipping (orders over £50) via EMS takes 15-25 days. Urban gardeners love that balcony planters often qualify for free shipping!
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Each order is hand-prepared by our Cardiff team with special protective packaging for delicate plants – we treat them with the same care we give our own greenhouse specimens.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Standard shipping includes full tracking visibility. For free Green Shipping, you’ll receive dispatch confirmation with estimated delivery windows.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day Happiness Guarantee from delivery date. Plants must be in resellable condition. Contact [email protected] to begin – our Cardiff team will guide you through the simple process.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
While rare due to our special packaging, we’ll happily replace any plants that don’t survive their journey. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
